Dress Up for the 100th Day of School!

Great News! The 100th Day of School is Thurs, Feb 14!

Students will be celebrating the 100th Day of School by visiting other classrooms and working in grade teams in math, social studies, and science activities.

Students are invited to dress up as students from 100 years ago or 100 years into the future.

A 100 years ago:

• The 19th amendment was ratified. Women got the right to vote for the first time in our nation’s history.
• World War I officially ended with the signing of the Treaty of Versailles.
• The Grand Canyon became a National Park.
• The first Felix the Cat cartoon premiered in 1919.
• Jackie Robinson was born on January 31, 1919.
• Woodrow Wilson was president of the United States.
