Calling All 217 Families!

The PS/IS 217 annual PTA Auction Event will be held on May 18th, and we need you to ensure this event is a success!

Your help is needed to solicit donations for our Auction! 
Some of the very best donations in the past have come from our school community. Every one of us has a network of friends, colleagues, activities our kids participate in, and businesses we frequent - all of who may be willing to donate to support our school - they just need to be asked!

We accept all Donations
Each year has brought new and wonderful additions to our auction line up! Past donations have included:

• goods and services (massages, haircuts, classes and so much more)
• season memberships
• gift certificates
• tickets to entertainment, museums and cultural events,
• jewelry
• electronics
• a facility tour
• a week in a vacation home,
• calligraphy lessons
• summer camps
• yoga and fitness classes
• restaurant vouchers
• airline vouchers

and much more!

Donation letter and forms.
Please use the forms that will be sent home this week when you ask for a donation. Asking is quick and easy (and the worst thing that will happen is that they politely say no!). Printable files are available below if you prefer to connect with a potential donor via email.

All donations are tax-deductible, and donors will be recognized in our online auction catalog, which will be viewed by hundreds of members of the PS/IS 217 school community
