​WE NEED SOME HELP!!

How smoothly the event goes depends on many people chipping in to help - please join us!

​​We need helpers:

• In the mornings the week before to package and distribute prepurchased tickets,
• Help with decorating and set up before the event on Saturday morning/afternoon, 
• Bring baked goods and single-serving foods for the food table at the event, 
• Share an hour of your time to help man the various stations around the event.

Starting on March 17, at 12pm, the Online Auction will OPEN be available for bidding until it CLOSES on March 24 at 6pm.

THE SILENT AUCTION
Selected items in the catalog are Preview Only! Our amazing class baskets, class projects, books, games & toys - and more - will ONLY be available at the Silent Auction on March 24th - bidding on silent auction items will be OPEN at 4pm, and CLOSED at 6pm.
