The New York International Children's Film Festival is coming up! February 23 - March 18 and the PTA earns money from each ticket purchased!
The NYICFF was founded in 1997 to support the creation and dissemination of thoughtful and intelligent films for kids. Since then, NYICFF has grown from one weekend of films into the largest film festival for children and teens in North America. Screened over the course of four weeks at venues throughout NYC, the Festivalprogram - narrowed down from roughly 2,500 international submissions - includes 100 new films from around the world, representing 30+ countries in 15+ languages, programs for ages 3-18, 75 film screenings, 20 feature films, 6 unique short filmprograms (our most popular!), filmmaker Q&As, North American premieres, sneak peeks, special retrospectives, and Oscar-qualifying short film programs. There is truly something for everyone!
