PS/IS 217 is an A+ School Rewards member. Earn points by grocery shopping online with Peapod and at Stop & Shop stores. Each purchase earns points that are converted to cash for our school.
This program runs through March 2021, and families MUST be registered by Dec. 31, 2020, in order to participate!
All families are encouraged to JOIN, in 3 easy steps, and help PS/IS 217 earn reward points:
Step 1:
Register for a Stop & Shop account. (If you already have an account login and proceed with Step 2).Visit www.stopandshop.com and click Register in the upper right corner. (You will need to select your closest Store - the closest to Roosevelt Island is: Long Island City, NY 11104). After successfully registering, either print a Temporary Card or make a note of your card number.
Step 2:
Once you have an an account, go to www.stopandshop.com/school-rewards/household-designation/
Type in the School ID number: 40678, and click Save & Finish.
Step 3:
Register for, and link your Peapod account.
If you have a Peapod account login, then go to My Account, then User Information. Click on Stop & Shop Card to enter your Stop & Shop card number. (If you need to create an account, visit www.peapod.com and follow the prompts, then click on Guest, followed by registration in the upper right corner, and fill the form to register. Once complete, follow the above instructions to add your Card number to your new account.)

Once you have joined, you can help our school earn points by:
* Using Peapod to have your groceries delivered - check out their handy phone app!
* Use your registered Stop & Shop card when you shop at a Stop & Shop stores or gas stations.
* Encourage family members and friends to join and support our school - they don’t need to live here. As long as they can access Peapod delivery service or Stop & Shop stores they can earn points for PS/IS 217!
At the end of the program, PS/IS 217 receives a cash reward check that will be used towards the needs of classrooms in our school - please support us and JOIN!
